Living in an apartment in a residential complex, three friends - Kelly, Finn and Jasper are trying to establish their lives. Working as a waitress, Kelly wants to achieve success in the field of writing. Finn works as a manager of a residential complex, and also wants to get rid of the creative crisis and again continue painting pictures. Jasper also tries to make money by betting on dog races, dreaming of getting rich on it. Once Kelly receives a phone call, in which she was informed that Mr. Bezersides, their neighbor, the scientist from the house opposite, owed for renting an apartment.
